Lucky this is both a noun and a verb.

Part batshit crazy, part a revenge shit, but basically leaving a steaming pile of (human) shit on your significant other's pillow as a statement of your opinion on their general worth as a human being.

Let's be clear...dropping a dog turn on a pillow is nasty enough but human shit...that's just a whole other level of nasty and crazy.

Side note - this is so crazy that it's virtually impossible to be good enough in bed to justify this level of crazy (see the crazy-hot scale).

Amber Heard left a steaming Amber Turd on Johnny Depp's pillow. I'm pretty sure it didn't smell like success.

A parasite that sucks all the soul and money from whom it attaches onto. Desperate for attention, it makes a fool of oneself by outing itself as an abuser and a psycho while trying to prove its the opposite during televised trials.
Also known to leave huge "grumpies" (also known as "shits"), on its hosts side of the bed when talking a hissy fit when it doesn't get its own way.
An amber turd will panic when it thinks its money and freebies are about to end, so it will stage photos and videos and run to several media outlets to "prove" how bad its host was and how angelic it is in order to try extort more money from the poor fecker it attached to.
Also known to be so toxic, it literally can make you lose a finger (allegedly)
