someone who gets his or her(his in most cases) attentention and identity from talking about or smoking marijuana in front of other people and hoping that anyone notices it and pay attention to it.
stoser is a mixup between 'stoner' and 'poser'.

screaming out loud through the classroom; 'yoo, bob(fictional character), i think i quit smoking for 3 weeks, you with me'! 'yeah chris(fictional character), i think so'.
one day later:
'yoo chris, did you know how stoned i was yesterday'.
'yeah me to'.

1. an individual whom exudes greed and is prone to indelible acts of thievery. One whom smiles at you and then steels your debit card and uses your bank account as his own. He is snide and likely to act in a sneedlish manner. Very shady character lacking viable friendships.

Noun: "Let's get the fuck out of here, there are way to many stosk's in here"
