Used to express apathy or indicate a lack of interest or concern, also careface.

Literally a face that is 'spare', an evolution of talk to the hand (because the face isn't listening).

smallface

An individual, likely to be inbred, with all of his/her facial features in a very small area (about a 3" x 3" area) and completely lacking a supraorbital ridge. Smallfaces are most often found at NASCAR events. The most famous examples include the pitcher Randy Johnson and the banjo-playing kid from the movie Deliverance.

Jim: Hey,Mary Lou, what do you think about my friend Bob? I think he kinda likes you.
Mary Lou: That sumbitch is a smallface. I mean, check out that face. His eyes, nose, and mouth are all within an inch of each other!

scarfaced

Scarfaced is a word meaning to steal ones lover or mate. Whether through money, seduction, etc. Note: Pulling a scarface on a friend can and most likely will inspire dark feelings towards you. The definition is derived from the point in the movie Scarface when he stole his boss Frank's girl Elvira right from under his nose (and then killed him).

Dude 1: Hey you see that girl with Chad? I so wanna get with her but she goes out with him...

Dude 2: Dude, if I were you I would've already scarfaced that...

Scarface

A movie released in the early 80's, perhaps around '83. Starring Al Pacino.

Although old, it is a major, major cult classic these days. Boasting kick-ass music, an interesting storyline, and the infamous catchphrase "say hello to my lil friend!", at this rate Scarface will continue to please all viewers for generations to come (I would know; I know LOTS of people my age, even those much younger than me, who enjoy the movie a lot, and enjoy the catchphrase).
