Is a word to define the absolute wierdos and crazy situations in the world. Oh, your hair got stuck on a sticky fly trap just to pull it out of the ceiling for your friend to step on the thumbtack.. That's skibbly! It's also used when you pass by your local stores and see that wierdo talking to the wall.. Skibbly!!
