A term used to define those of low character, class and all-around respectability. A man or lady who is beyond a manageable amount of filth.

John: I believe it was Jake who took your sandwich from the fridge.

Brandon: I can't believe that two-timing jerk would do this to me.

John: He's a scrut. You never should have trusted him.

Brandon: Filthy scrut.

When Hitler's sister/wife gave birth to a 10 stone whale, they named it Joseph Beton.
All the fans were cheering and shouting, but when they saw how fat the baby was, they were amazed!
