Describes a certain type of stafforshire bull terrier the first being Sadie Dujineer (see sadie dujineer on facebook network london) as her breed was unclassified as she is a cross breed her breed was given the name poogla. Since this people have used the word to describe staffordshire bull terrier cross breeds. The word has also become a way of describing an individual form of dog. Words like poogily, ze du and Doogla have stemed from this

After blowing up a balloon, it is the act of releasing the balloon from your grip and letting it fly around the room deflating itself...hence making the "Ploogled" sound.
