To boast oneself in a regurgitating way. To boisterously repeat the same scripted material over and over again denouncing and/or deflecting any ownership or accountability on any given topic other than "The Wall".

"President Trump comes across a bit pretentious when on camera but much more so on a daily basis while he pontificates ALL OVER on Twitter donning a golden pacifier and his sippy cup."

Pontificate means when someone is big into pontoons. Pontoons are a type of boat that people leisurely enjoy.
