Get the phonogenic mug.Phoobs or Phoobies, another name for the boobs of the singer songwriter Phoebe Lucille Bridgers. This term has been supposedly invented (in this specific use) by pharbz on the website Twitter.com and has been in use since early 2021. The word is mostly used in Pharb Group chats, Pharbz being Phoebe Bridgers fans.
