Panamanian

Person from Panama, a highly developed latino country which connects Central and South America together. Majority of those in America are of West Indian ancestry being their ancestors immigrated from islands such as Jamaica or Barbados to build the canal. Country as a whole has a strong Caribbean culture fused with their latino identity. Originators of Spanish Reggae. Proud people that party hard and are extremely friendly. Many times flip words in slang ie "Que Sopa!?" for "Que Paso" (translation: Whats Up!?)

Ruben Blades is a Panamanian American. Most Spanish people know him for his song "Pedro Navaja"

Pranav Padmanabhan

He usually comes off to strangers as a sweet and helpful guy. But he is a little hoe when you get to know him. And when you actually get to know him, he is even more annoying. He gets on your last nerve sometimes. But when you see his cute face, every problem doesn’t seem so bad :3. He is a little adorable sometimes and does nice things for people. He is obsessed with this one girl but is also very mean to her. He loves attention.
He has a big nose and the biggest man butt ever.
He is very squishy and also gives great cuddles.
But most importantly he is a nice person.

Tano Pasman

Tano Pasman is an Argentine football (soccer) fan that was filmed during his outrage while watching a game of his favorite team, River Plate. Tano uses frequently the term "Andate a la puta que te parió", which is a local common phrase that literally translates to "Go back to the whore who gave birth to you", which ends up characterizing the video.

Panhandle Cap

Panhandle Cap, originally a fictional character created by American author Nicole Moody, is now a euphemism for a person who represents any conglomeration of rural American and Western cowboy stereotypes, typically infused with one or more of the following characteristics: 1) a distrust of modern technology, social norms and politics; 2) a tendency to mask hostilities towards certain classes with alcoholism; 3) an inability to differentiate between adults and young children in everyday conversation.

My neighbor is sort of a Panhandle Cap because he tried to give my 8-year old son a whiskey sour in exchange for playing with his toy rattlesnake.

Pacman-in' it

When someone is driving down a road (usually slow, but not always the case), and they are driving right down the middle of the dashed line, thus "eating the dots" and earning the name pacman-in' it. This is normally not a good thing, contrary to the greatness that is Pac-man the arcade game.
