OTD an acronym that stands for, Outside The District- A Washington DC term for someone/something outside the District of Columbia borderlines.
antonym: ITD (inside the district)

Locations immediately "Outside the District" include: Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Alexandria, Arlington, Rosslyn, and Ballston. "I know you think Arlington is considered part of DC, but it's not, you live in Virginia, that is OTD!"
