A statement that conveys an indirect, subtle, or unintentional affectation that is superfluous or irrelevant to the context of a conversation.

Person 1: "Did you watch that show?"
Person 2: "I don't have a TV."

Person 1: "Are you hungry?"
Person 2: "I'm a vegan."

They were subject to many acts of micropretension at the vegan restaurant.

Micropenis

A medical condition where a males penis is exceedingly small, normally under two inches while erect. Multiple men who have micropenis' are extremely self conscious about it as it is something that many people will make fun of and use as an insult.
It is likely that women who want to have sex with them will be instantly turned off and no longer attracted if they see that the man has a micropenis.

Kiersten : Hurry up, get it out already. You only have paid for 25 minutes
Jim : It's right there now do it

Microphone Elbow

Coined by Bob Barker in the sixth episode in the eleventh season of The Price is Right, this is what happens when someone's arm gets sore from holding a microphone for too long and has to hold the mic with another hand. Also a sign that the episodes on Pluto TV's The Price is Right: The Barker Era is still on the first loop, and that the episodes are still repeats of a 38-year-old show.

Bob: I always hold the microphone in my right hand. But my right elbow is bothering me... and we've decided that I have microphone elbow, so I'm gonna hold it in my left hand.

Longer answer: It's the act of starting and completing small projects that are just outside your capacity - allowing you to meet new people, develop new skills, focus your energies on producing something useful, and growing as a person.
