A bloated music player by Apple that does not support Windows Media files. It is required to install iTunes if you want to even get 1 song on your iPod, iPhone or iPad, unless you're running Linux, where you can get libimobiledevice which allows you to manage iOS devices in Linux.

Alphabetic order that ignores last names, as is used on iTunes.

itunes crash

Emotional event where one either has a hard drive crash and loses all their itunes music or makes an attempt to organize their computer and deletes the current/up to date music list utilized by itunes.

It is not enough that the skeeter misplaced his itunes music list once, but to repeat the itunes crash twice in the same year left him second guessing why he did not listen and make a back up.

Useful program, but unfortunately the ultimate resource hog. Even a single minor maintenance update is around 100 MB to download, every single freakin' time. Takes up way more space than it oughta in memory, if you can even get it to start up at all.

Bob: You get the new iTunes?
Joe: Yeah, "upgraded" from 8.1.1 to 8.1.2. Same as the old iTunes.

Itunes

A music management program created by Apple. Its features include crashing your computer, crashing itself, constant freezing during sync, randomly reformatting your ipod, suck performance to a crawl, links everything you do to the Itunes Store, and just all around being a pain in the ass.

Its like Itunes has a mind of its own. I leave the room for one minute and all my music is gone! At least it brought up the Itunes Store right after it ate all my songs, so its all good!
