I’m tired

‘I’m tired’ is a phrase that you have most certainly used at least once. ‘I’m tired’ is the universal excuse for anything you do since it doesn’t reveal how you feel in intricacy but is still the truth.

(Side note, you’re probably Guy 2)

Guy 1: ‘Are you ok?’
Guy 2: ‘I’m tired.’

Guy 3: ‘Why didn’t you do your work?’
Guy 2: ‘I’m tired.’

Guy 4: ‘Why didn’t you tell me earlier?’
Guy 2: ‘I’m tired’

I'm Tired

1. Not being able to go to sleep because of a project due and you rant to google about it

2. When someone asks you if you're okay when you're really not, so you don't have to explain why you're not okay.

3. What a female says when she's indicating she doesn't want sex.

I have this 10 page essay due tomorrow.
*Goes to Google*
"Google I'm tired. "

"Hey, you good, dude. You look horrible."
"Yeah, I'm just tired."

*Rolls over in bed*
"I don't feel like it tonight. I'm tired.

I'm tired

A short phrase (with variations such as "i'm pretty tired") used as a simple explanation when a person doesn't want to do something but won't tell you the actual reason as to why - usually used as a replacement for "i can't be bothered" or "i don't want to". Also used as a form of rejection without openly saying it.

A: Hey man, you still coming to the pub tonight?
B: Nah.... i'm feeling pretty tired now.
A: You woman...

Guy: Hey.. d'you want to go out for dinner tonight?
Girl: Um.. nah.. I'm tired.. sorry
Guy: Oh, well, how about tomorrow?
Girl: No.. I.. have to wash my hair...
