One , who isn't necessarily gay themselves , but is sympathetic to the cause of making homosexuality more acceptable and mainstream .

I told Mike his pants looked pretty gay , and two homopologists that happened to hear us talking , jumped right in to the conversation telling me I shouldn't use that word so casually.

A person who is sexually attracted to all people regardless of gender or lack thereof, but is only emotionally/romantically attracted to individuals of the same gender.

2. A person who is afraid of being perceived as a homophobe.

2. "It's totally okay if you're gay. I mean, I'm not gay. But that's not to say that there is anything wrong with being gay! Don't get me wrong! I am not a homophobe!!"
