When an individual (usually female) is afraid of anyone under 200 pounds. They get so scared that they will spit and barf onto these people. Sometimes even displaying their discharge onto the under weights pillows while they sleep. If you see someone who has been diagnosed with fatinphonia stay away from them. They are creatures that have serious mental illness and should not be messed with.
