A place or situation with surroundings or events that would be better experienced high on marijuana. Some common stone-perfect environments include your local fair, the airport, the DMV/DOL and your place of employment.

Duder 1: "Why are we waiting in the parking lot?"

Duder 1: "Sure I guess."

Rich: "That a boy!"

Duder 1: "Dude the fair is like the stone-perfect environment. Watch out dude there's some leprechauns!"

Results Oriented Work Environment

A work environment where team members are measured by their results, output, and performance. They are not measured by their hours put in or presence in the office. The workers are given autonomy over their assigned projects, and allowed the freedom of deciding when and how meet their assigned goals.

I want to work for a results oriented work environment. They offer an incentive for being efficient and the autonomy to complete your work how you want.

A phrase that expresses confusion towards a group of people or oneself due to a unusual comment made by an individual.

First Example:

Uly: Guess what I did yesterday?
Lena: What did you do yesterday?
Uly: I died my pubic hair purple,it was fun.
Lena: What the fuck the environment????

Second Example:

Kate: Hey did you have sex with Alex yesterday?
Jade: Yes, I did. He was so romantic with it.
Trish: Hey but did you girls know that the solar system consists of 8 Planets now?

Schellinger environment

Toxic work environment, especially those rampant with: 1) extreme micromanagement, 2) lack of respect, 3) excessive emphasis on performance metrics, 4) hostile feedback, and 5) high employee turnover.

Thank you for the job offer, but I cannot subject myself to the evident Schellinger environment.
