to be scammed, conned, ripped off, deceived. you bought something from a company and they never ship anything. you trusted a friend and they lied to you and never followed through.
Johnny got duddled at the used car lot. Jenny purchased some new product from an awesome company and was duddled when nothing ever shipped. There's a special place in hell for those that duddle others to make money.
