Dr.Doofenshmirtz's attempted evil plans are foiled by secret agent, and his nemisis Perry the platypus. Perry is the beloved pet of Phineas, Ferb and Candice. He does not speak. Instead he makes a little platypus noise. Dr. Doofenshmirtz's plans are never great ones and he always gives Perry the Chance to ruin his plans, also, his "evil" plans are somewhat ridiculous. For example. He hates gnomes, so he amde a machine to destroy all the gnomes in the tri-state area.

Doomer: I just lost faith in humanity because someone hit a child walking down the street and just drove off. Nevermind the dozen people that stopped to check on them, and that called the police while doing everything they could to help the person in need. That one human who hit them makes everyone bad in my eyes.
