Get the dooganmug. A Doogan is a member of an elite group of young people located throughout the state of Georgia. They are known to be the loudest and craziest at parties and generally attract attention wherever they find themselves. To be considered a Doogan you must possess all of the qualities listed in our Laws of Dooganism. They include: being hot, being down for fun whenever and wherever, being a lover of the notebook, and many others. We frequently vacation together on what we call Doogan Reoonions. Our new members are subject to a Scissor Induction Ceremony to prove that they are worthy of the Doogan name.
