When politicians focus on issues that are controversial but in reality have little or no effect on most people in order to divert attention from more important issues they don't want to deal with

voter: "I'm unemployed and I just lost my health insurance, what are you going to do to fix the economy and make healthcare affordable?"

politician: "Well, we need to ban same-sex marriage and flag desecretion."

voter: "WTF?! What does that have to do with anything, stop the politics of diversion and tell me what you are going to do about the real problems facing this country!"

This is the latest empty buzzword popular with lefties and feminists. It means lets get rid of the white guys first. Then we will get rid of the colored ones. We will replace them all with white women and, if any openings are left, with a few colored ones.

Everybody benefits when business promotes diversity.

An old, old wooden ship that was used during the civil war era to deliver large supplies of puréed walnuts from the South to the North. The walnuts were used as a replacement for toilet paper, due to the wartime shortage. Despite the volitile relationship between the two countries at the time, the North figured that it was more important to have a clean ass than to place an embargo on the South's nut shipments. The South figured,"Hell, we need the money".

There have been complaints from the authorities about a lack of diversity in the News Room.

Forced Diversity

1: When an already established IP is purposely distorted to appease certain groups of people in the name of inclusion and diversity while disregarding the original properties lore.

2: When a character's Race, Sex, Sexuality, or identity is changed from the already established IP.

3: Forced diversity is usually solely applied to popular IP to insert groups that weren't a part of the medium ( this is often done poorly) Usually, the lore and story are put secondary behind the diversity and inclusion agenda.

Disney's upcoming little mermaid film will feature a race swap, Ariel despite her being a redhead caucasian for decades. forced diversity plagues American media making it unbearably to watch.

When someone is included for no other reason than to please the woke brigade.

Film Director: "This film about the history of Eskimos just isn't diverse enough. Get the casting agent to find a few black lesbians, and we'll create a storyline for them."

Film Producer: "But wouldn't that be, like, forced diversity?"

Film Director: "Who cares, the liberals will love it, and we'll be eligible for Oscar nominations next year".
