A term coined by YouTuber ninerlives referring to when a cat hangs it’s arms down, and incidentally, the paw pads- also known as ‘beans’. The first known example of this term was a video starring his cat, Snoop, with both front legs hanging off a cat tree.

That cat has a serious case of the danglebeans.
