Crucifixion

An ancient form of torture where the victim is tied (or in some cases nailed) to a wooden structure most traditionally shaped like a T.
The most famous depiction of this form of torture is the death of Jesus Christ.

Crucio

Crucio is another of the 3 'Unforgivable Curses' from Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling.

The Cruciatus Curse is used to inflict agonising pain on the victim and will land you a spell (no pun intended!) in the Wizard Prison'Azkaban'

This curse was used to permanently damage Neville Longbottoms parents mental capacity whilst under interrogation/torture by Bellatrix Lestrange and Co.
