A phenomenon that is often observed near a conductor. When the electric field in the vicinity of the conductor is sufficiently strong, electrons resulting from random ionizations of air molecules near the conductor accelerate away from their parent molecules.

corona del mar

the public high school where it’s only filled with white kids. you look into the parking lot and you see audi’s and range rovers everywhere. yes, these are their first cars, and they don’t deserve half the stuff they own. they start school at 9:40 and get out at 1:20. if this seems crazy, they’re also even allowed to leave campus to get lunch too! the teachers suck and they don’t seem to ever be helpful so students aren’t the smartest. the school thinks their sports are super good, but compared to mater dei high school, their football looks tiny. corona del mar is shorted most times to CdM and their sister school is newport harbor, and they are located on the opposite side of the bay. once a year, corona del mar and newport harbor have a football game called battle of the bay or BotB and CdM usually wins cause newport harbor doesn’t have great football. cdm overall is a public high school with snobby white kids who spend most of their time at home since they have 4 hours of school a day.

My friend goes to corona del mar. Her first car was a range rover and she has a gucci belt and a louis vuitton backpack.

Corona Devi 

The name of an idol made up of wood or stone set up by Hindu priests to represent the “coronavirus goddess,” whose mercy they pray for to contain the pandemic—food and chant prayers are usually offered before the deity, which is bathed in turmeric water and milk.

Just as there are gods and goddesses for all kinds of diseases and plagues, Corona Devi is the latest virus goddess to be idolized in temples—probably the deadliest deity that demands weeks- or months-long abstinence, fasting, and sacrifice from priests before she showers mercy on them.

corona del sol 

A 5A high school in Tempe, Arizona about six miles south of ASU. The mascot is an Aztec. They have great academics and athletics although other schools think CdS's sports teams are pussies. Except girls soccer has been 1st in state for two years. There's a sand volleyball court in the middle of the school. Administration however blows at this school... kids are always getting suspended at school dances for being drunk. CdS has always been known for having the largest number of hot girls and Although the majority of the kids drive nicer cars than the teachers , it still has a pretty legit scene of kids.
