2. To change your plans if something better comes along and not inform the person you originally made plans with. Leaving that person wondering what happened.

concept album

(n.) A collection of songs written around one central theme or idea. Usually, each individual track expresses a different aspect or part of the main concept, with each track fitting together to form a cohesive idea.

This would not include something like a greatest hits album, with the central theme being best selling songs.

Queens of the Stone Age 2002 release "Songs for the Deaf" is a concept album around the theme of the album being played on the radio, with intro by different made-up DJ's, etc.

Stoned, very stoned. Derivative from the "Cheech and Chong" movie series. I didnt understand these movies, i was too young and had never smoked pot. Then when i did smoke it i forgot to got one of their movies out to see if it was funny when you were chonged.

The police now have new equipment so they can tell if you are chonged.
