And the actual meaning is the first child who is born from a normal delivery.

the chutya person unknowingly does any stupid activity or say some something stupid. And this process is called chutyagiri

The Pakistani version of "chutyagiri". In urdu, we always say chutyapa. Urdu equivalent of "to fuck up".
