A bureaucrat (or public servant / official, etc) who denies service, delays you, makes things difficult for or generally screws you over solely for their own pleasure / amusement / possible sexual arousal. May also result from bitterness and their being dead inside.

Man: did you get the application form?
Woman: No, he showed it to me but wouldn't hand it over, he said it had to be mailed to me.
Man: But you were right there!
Woman: I know, what a bureaucunt!

Bureaucrap

A lazy, paper-shuffling government worker. Bureaucrap's main duty is spending all money they are allotted by any means necessary, then asking for more the next fiscal year. Bureaucraps perpetuate the problems they are assigned to solve, as this is job security.

Upon realizing there was still $200,000 in the department's budget, bureaucrap Dan successfully arranged five seminars dealing with "Diversity in a Mid-Level Management Paradigm."

Burndank

Refers to the city of Burbank Ca. and a lot of people smoke marijuana in that area hence the name "burn dank" as in smoke weed.

Burdama

Burdeen + Drama = Burdama. Burdama is an ancient belief that drama, flux or its equivalents are the best way to deal with complex problems. Burdama was created by B.B. on 2000 B.C. and since then it has grown into the bones of every IT person on planet earth.

Don't be trying to pull a "Burdama" on me buddy. I've seen everything there is to be seen and you can't fool me.

Bureaucracy

1. A form of government in which the true power lies in the hands of committees who dictate policy and bureaus that carry them out, with little accountability to the constituency.

2. A form of government, the authority of which is not so much to accomplish anything, but to obstruct accomplishment by anyone else.

3. The form of government that the United States of America really practices while the politicians distract the constituency.

Many nations and corporations are governed as bureaucracies.
