So basically, you and your friends find a smaller and less popular kid that wants to hang out with you guys. So you recruit them in and treat them nicely. Next, recruit an even smaller kid and even less popular kid who wants to hang out with you guys. Recruit him and treat him nicely as well. Now, you find your victim that you want to bully. To bully them, tell the small kid to tell the smaller kid to bully the victim. Now, since the smaller kid is the actual person that bullies the victim, you're good, due to the fact that even if they snitch on you, there's no actual proof of you starting it.
