It is the shape of obesity, diabetes, hypertention rolled into one gross shape. This shape usually has a charectaristic of a single thick haired unibrow and can have a forest of hair lining the lower back (tramp stamp of pubes). Because of the odd shape you can hear a strange sound from it but it is just the shape mouth breathing.
