Old Woman: *types*
Old Man: Oh no, looks like you broke the internet!
Ethel (Previously Old Woman): Oh noes!

Basically a fancy word for cyber stalker.

Girl 1:That guy is so weird.He knows everything about me that I've ever posted and even some personal stuff.
Girl 2:OMG how did he do that?
Girl 1:He's an info broker.
Girl 2: What's that?

Girl 2: Oh creepy
Girl 1: I know right!
