A throwdown session in a pit between "bros". Often screamed out by bands when they want people to start a pit. It's mostly an inside joke, not to be taken too seriously as a term for hardcore dancing sessions.
Term estimated to be originated from New England
- Also a play off of words with the band "Throwdown"
