Boss Man. Boss is an acronym spelled backwards. Sorry Son Of a B*tch. In prison the inmates call the correctional officers Boss Man. This is in no way a sign of respect but of disresepect. They are calling them a Sorry Son Of a B*tch. This is exactly why Rick Ross calls himself the Boss. He was so used to inmates calling him this term he stuck with it long after his correctional officer days.
Inmate To Guard: "Hey Boss Man"
Guard To Inmate: "I'm Rick Ross, I Am The Boss"
Inmate To Guard: "What A Dumb A**"

Laughable nickname for Bruce Springsteen, the most overrated musician in all of history, recorded and unrecorded.
The boss's music sounds just like elevator music, except the lyrics aren't as well thought out and the rythms are weaker. That's saying something.

“Bossing” derives from the consumption of an obscene amount of alcohol (usually 7-8 shots) consumed in one oversized shot glass. The intention of the action can be two-fold: One being the annihilation of any disturbing memories inflicted upon the individual by “The Boss,” any other person who has authority over the individual; the other being to easily facilitate the catching up the alcohol content of an individual who arrives tardy to a party.
"It's going to take some serious bossing to make me forget what that asshole did to me" "Hey buddy, you're late, let the bossing begin"
