Besides the literal meaning, it is used to describe extremely stupid people who write false and "soyboy" Urban Definitions, or can be used to describe equally stupid people.

Person 1 - "That guy is Aroraklypse, his ignorance and lack of intelligence is unimaginable"

Person 2 - "Yeah, it's just like that one idiot who wrote the false bible 'definition' on Urban Dictionary after crying himself to sleep"

Arirang is the name of most well known Korean traditional song. It is not easy to define the meaning of that word, and when the song had be maden still. But many scholars insist Arirang means "My beloved darling" and it was created in late 19th century. There are many versions of Arirang by region. And the most of them usually start like this "Arirang, Arirang, Arario Arirang Kokerul neomeo kanda.(My darling, my darling, my darling goes over the hill.) If you comment Arirang when you have chance to talk with Korean, most of them would sing the song for you gladly.

You : I can sing Arirang, I am Korean!
Korean : No kidding, but I am impressed.

Anurag 

A loyal friend that would do anything for friendship. A very generous person that would not think twice to even help a stranger. But has a hard time with people whose name starts with 'S'. Not you Sunil! But you get what I mean. So if you are a 'S'tranger then it could go either way.
