One who gets in a terrible car wreck they caused because they were under the influence thusely having to go to court but receiving a large settlement from insurance company and receiving little to no punishment for driving under the influence. At the same time sustaining only minor injuries from the accident in which your car was totalled from the driver side door. Ex: I am a very ajasen person because of the incident that occured.
