The term means: "Dumb Ass Dog." This refers to a dog that is getting on a person's nerves and because you refer to him as a "D.A.D." rather than calling him a dumbass, it remains a unsuspected, preferential acronym of choice. Combination of the two abbreviations T and A and A.D.D. (attention deficit disorder) - a condition in which the patient lacks the ability to focus on a particular set of breasts and buttocks, and is constantly distracted by those of other women.
