(adj) Rolling so hard that you look like a complete assfuck but you feel so good that you don't care.

Derived from the character Moff who is in the movie Human Traffic. Moff rolls harder than anyone else and is hugging the speaker the entire time at the club.

When a very masculine, stright guy has a crush on another stright guy. It is usually said in a joking manner, but the use of this word most often sends the two men into a state of denial, anger, and indignity. Which, I might add, is rather fun to watch.

"Hey David? What were you and Tyler doin' over there? If I didn't know better, I'd say you were a bit moffie for him, David."

"What?...No!...We were just...(general male stammering and muttering)...Were not!..."
