Biden's press secretary recently labeled Fox New's use of a video of Biden fumbling yet another speach as "a Cheap Fake". She claimed that the video was "taken out of context" and used in a way to "mislead the public about Biden's cognition" even though the video clearly shows Biden's continued mental stuggles.
