People driving round on vehicles on pavements are generally driving said vehicle, a spacker chariot is usually driven by mentally handicapped or old people, these "chariots" give the impression they have no breaks, and generally try to run you over

modern version of the term "kufi smacker/slapper". Started by Kaedaq in 2009.

1. To slap ones laptop off of its resting place (desk, lap, etc) in the owner's prescence so that it crashes to the floor and causes the owner great distress.

Also used to refer to any other phone/pda device that allows people to say ridicouls things online.

guy1: you think you thug? i'll be there in 2 minutes to slap your fuckin laptop
