Shlute: a person who is indeed extremely annoying, Inappropriate, not wanted and is almost mostly contributed to the fact that said person has an extremely small crotchle area and most likely would almost be thought of as a woman because of the gayish behavior.

Dude he is the biggest Shlute I know, he never shuts up.
