In Australia, often at music festivals (usually end), a peacock is a guy who walks around shirtless showing off to get womens attractions. They are complete selfish douches and couldn't care about anyone else but themselves and the slutty women around them.

Peacocking

Peacocking, also possibly referred to as Blooming, is an act in which the peacocker, who is currently experiencing explosive bowel movements, positions themselves in close proximity to a wall or other large vertical surface, bends over forward, and proceeds to shit upwards all over the wall.

This process results in an outward spatter of fecal matter on the wall. The peacocker then raises only their head, remaining in the bent over position.

The entire scene then resembles a peacock, (or a flower in bloom, for Blooming) thus completing the act of Peacocking.

"What are you up to tonight, Ron?"

"I had some dank curry last night so I'm gonna go home and do some Peacocking."

"What the fuck, Ron."
