DeKalb, Illinois

A town in rural Illinois about 65 miles outside of Chicago. Has Northern Illinois University in the center. Otherwise you got a Walmart and a small Bestbuy. There is lots of corn. And a high school that had its power get knocked out 7 times in 2007-2008 and has had a couple of gang fights and multiple attempts at arson. There isn't much besides that. There was a school shooting at NIU in 2008. Besides the shootings the only claims of fame are the invention of barbed wire in DeKalb and supermodel Cindy Crawford.

Freind: How's DeKalb, Illinois?

Me: You know it sucks.

Me: Walmart or Target?

Friend: Target sounds good.

A village avout an hour away from St. Louis. It is quite amazing, and perfect for raising kids as it has an extremely low crime rate.

inverness illinois

its a suburb of chicago where mostly a bunch if rich kids live who parents buy them lexus's and big houses. but a north side of hoffman estates is located rite next to it where mostly poor kids who are poorer than palatine get mistaken 4 rich kids from inverness but r usually poorer than kids from palatine but they all go to fremd which is the best school around but ppl say it sux cus they rich and dont know anything about the real ghetto
