Shell City

A phrase often used to describe a poor neighborhood when in unknown territory. It can also be used in it's plural form, Shell Cities.

i.e. " Character One: Yo man whats the 4-1-1 down by Atlanta? Character Two: Man, it was lookin' like Shell City up in that muthafucka'. "

Turtle Shell

A turtle shell is when your dick is so shriveled and soft that it is practically retracting back into you, similar to how a turtle goes into its shell. A turtle shell usually occurs after you have just ejaculated or after you get out of water.

When swimming in an ocean or a body of water with shells in it, you go to change out of your swimming suit and shells pour all over the floor and are stuck up in your ass.
