Adjective: The result from being spun out (usually from too much of a good thing aka drugs) and burnt out at the same time. Usually meaning said person needs to go sleep it off asap.

Johnny was so spurnt out that he ran over 5 mailboxes on purpose cause he thought he was actually in a very realistic video game at the time.
