Drinking slang for when a person ditches their friends to party with random people. Typically to have more fun or party with an attractive member of the opposite sex.

Erik: Who’s the drunk guy buying shots?
Aaron: Not sure, think he’s renegade.

Jocie: Where’d Mike go?
Megan: We’re being lame tonight, so he’s probably renegade.
