The actions taken by Governments trigger a Pandemic. Often driven by media hype during otherwise quiet periods.

That swine flu turned out to be a total panicdemic.

Gulf Breeze police

Police with no real jobs other than to make you kiss their ass. And then after 30 minutes they leave you with a ticket always making sure to say they've cut you a "break".

A "stealth bust" or "undercover bust". This describes the delightful surprise you get when a woman's breasts appear to be average or small when she's normally dressed, but then actually turn out to be unexpectedly large when she's naked. Also known as an "FBI visit", "CIA doorknock", or "Mossad strike" (or indeed any organization known to be stealthy... so not the NYPD, presumably).

The pocket in a girls purse that she doesn't know about until important items fall into it.
While looking for the lost item, the girl panics and ponders where else the item could be.
The girl then stops panicing because the item was found in the corner, unused, unknown about pocket of her purse.
