A tiresome bludger who seems to think the public owe her a living for her moronic, necessarily limited contributions to "national debate"(although she especially tends to "hush up" during the lead up to elections). Now, it appears, a serial loser, (but only just?) tag would satisfy but not our Paulsie (more like a lingering disease/palsy). For chrissakes, she's not even N.S.Welsh! Take a good look at yourselves (6000+ first preferences). Lotion Hats

The original Lotion Hat occured around 1999 in Grand Terrace, California. A lotion hat is a festive hat that happens when a friend passes out after heavy drinking and a generous amount of lotion is applied on to the head. You may also substitue lotion with almost any thing else such as ketchup, mustard, any kind of salad dressing, pudding, mayonase, and or hot sauce. But remeber if ketchup is applied it is not a lotion hat it is a ketchup hat, mustard equals mustard hat, etc.
