To be Dhetto means to be mad tight. This means that you are not feeling/smelling something. Dhetto can be interpreted as someone who just got pissed off.

Last night I was chillin' in the club getting my dance and swerve on till some bitch spilled a drink on me. Before I knew it,I was mad dhetto and ready to drop tha hoe.
