Blue Crab

Blue crab is a type of sea crab you catch with a crab trap or while scuba diving. You catch a lot if you're lucky. Then you take them home, stab the crabs with a knife so they die quickly and relatively painlessly especially compared to the prolonged pain of boiling them alive. They go good with some onion and avocado salad and some rice. Mmm. Delicious! You use the claw to dig out the crab meat from the side. When it's cooked, it looks red.
