The moves are not karate, but the moves he does for that dance workout are boxing, body combat, and Cardio Fighting Exercise. He has body combat, which means he can fight, punch, and kick. Another thing for Electro Body Combat, he knows the moves throughout the routines, such as Cooldown, Warm-Up, Cool, and Intense.
