Twinkering

The act of tinkering whilst simultaneously tweaking. Usually after midnight, high af on meth, almost always includes the use of tools from the tweaker's "twack pack."

Tweaker #1: "Hey wassup bro?"
Tweaker #2 "Not much. Just out in the shop, twinkering."
Tweaker #1 "Ahhh dude! Can I come twinker too? I'm bored af, and everyone here is asleep."
Tweaker #2: "Yeah if you bring me a Mtn Dew and 2 packs of smokes. Oh- and some butane."
