Where plot bunnies multiply and hop around your brain until you jot them down. Plot Eels live in Plot Holes, they are the things you invent to resolve conflicts. They slither into your thoughts and hiss into your ear the solutions that you should write down, before dragging you into the depths with them.

Normally it's because it's a main character and/or important further in the story and/or if said character is the author's favorite.
